Is one of seven beautiful wonderful scenic ,large island of belonging to the Canary Islands,It attracts over 10 million visitors a year,it offers Hotels,Attractions,clubs,Restaurants,Museums,Hiking,and of course their beautiful beaches.Hotels are many form back packers to 5 star hotels ...in the north of the island you can easily get a motel.but in the southern Resorts around Los Cristianos and Playa de Los Americas you would be advised to book in advance when possible.

December to February ~ pleasantly war except on El Teide where deep winter can see snowfall which brings the closure of certain walk trails and parks.
March-April ~good for hiking,and windflowers.Surfers find best waves in March
May-September~around 11 hours of daily sunshine with average 28degrees in August
October-November~temps fall around 21 chewer tourists around this time which of course the prices drop.

Taxi Service but could be expensive way to travel,best to hire a car.
If travelling much on public transport its be worth while to invest in a Bonvia or BonBus card (www.titsa.com) valid on all tots a buses.
Card costs 7.50 (is trips) can be purchased at any Bus,Tram or newspaper kiosk.
